  • Dude, she would be a 112 years old.

  • 64 PEOPLE LIKE AMELIA EARHEART DICK

  • The ocean is a huge place that could easily swallow a downed aircraft and never be found. Sadly it is not all that mysterious when you compare the size of the ocean to her little airplane. Back then they did not have the ability to track aircraft so I think her plane might have disintegrated on impact and the currents just washed it deep into the abyss.

  • I'm doing a report on her

  • Ugly

  • amelia earhart is the best girl in the world im doing a library resersh report a about her I <3 you amelia

  • @TheBestTroller Shut the hell up! She was not shot down by the Japanese and she most certainly wasn't raped! It wasn't her fault! Her plane most likely rain out of fuel and she crashed on a deserted island and she and her navigator lived off as castaways. She totally gave women everywhere a good name. So either get your facts right or just SHUT UP DOUCHE BAG!

  • im being her for my history project:)

  • AMAZING

  • My dad likes Amelia hes going to a camp to learn about her she was a amazing women

  • I saw here in Wichita, Kansas in 1936, I was 6 years old, she's was a real nice Kansas woman. I've always wish they had the equipment we have now to find where she crashed.

  • i know where amelia earhart is at this second i know where she is buried

  • No, no, no you have it all wrong. Amelia's not buried. In fact called last week. She say's she fine and living in Hawaii now. She bought a cabin and has a little mouse as a pet. I'm going to see her next week. I'll tell her you said hello.

  • @chrissline77 really? you would do that for me???? Tell her, plz

  • @hpizpurtycoool where?

  • @StarRoxable she was standing with me right then.... see she's my BFF :)

  • and took the plane apart then the big search perty for amelia and noonan came and why the heck would the government do a big search to find just 2 people their was something on that plane that they wanted.and amelia flew by africa were their was a war so thats my opinion it all fits together amelia didn't crash into the sea cause their wasn't a gasoline slick the government had something to do with it

  • the government had something to do with her death they hid cameras on her on her plane than went she ran out of gas and the plane crashed a day after the search she sent a massage by radion so that ment she was in land somewhere in an island by Howland a man said that he saw her floatin in the ocean with fred noannen and so emila and fred got murdered y the japenesse cause this happend close to war wold 2 /so the japanesse wanted to know everything they knew and they took the Electra

  • that women make me think about my mom

    strong, smart, fearless

  • I dont understand the debate, she clearly crashed into the ocean. and come on..the ocean is f'ing huge.

  • Only in America could a woman be immortalized for failing.

  • @rdangelo hahaha

  • Poor pilot, made poor decisions. Drunk navigator, failed to use trailing attenna. One of the first "Celebrity" people.

  • She looked like David Letterman. I also like how the liberal press always seems to fail to mention that she was not alone... there was a male pilot onboard with her. But, let's not tarnish the myth. Everyone loves a fairy tale.

  • that is sooo sad what hapened to her but actually on wikipedia it says they might have found her skeleton on that island.... that movie with someone playing her is sooo awesome i watched it like 5 times in a week!!! (Night at the Museum 2)

  • im in 3rd grade and im doing a report about her

  • i can't believe she died of the Japanese. IF THEY KILLED AMELIA, THEY MUST DIE!!!! WE SHOULD DROP A HUGE BOMB ON JAPAN!!!!

  • @shadowman1457 it's already was done :D, even twice :DD

  • @shadowman1457 don't be an ignorant asshole

  • i feel so sad.. im doing her for my women's history project :D

  • she is my ancestor I am related to her

  • I'm doing a report on her for social studies

  • me too

  • she did not "equal Lindburgh's daring feat". She left from Newfoundland and only made it to Ireland. She flew a plane with double the horsepower at twice the speed five years after Lindy. Her flight was 14 hours. His was over 30 hrs.

  • announcer starts by saying "bounced her way into the bright Florida sky". She left from California, not Florida.

  • @quadbravo

She left from Pearl Harbor... What ever state that is... o_o xD

  • @wendyXpeggyXpancho You need to read up. The flight "round the world" began on May 20, 1937, heading from Oakland to Miami, Florida. Pearl Harbor is in Hawaii and has nothing to do with that flight although she did fly from Hawaii to Oakland California on a separate occassion.

  • @quadbravo

    >-<...

  • Government did some shit to her

  • Sucks she hasn't still been found. Maybe she did land somewhere but hid from the public?

  • @AussieBrock

hmmmmm and Elvis is working down the local take away ^^

  • wow

  • hey guys, is anybody familiar with earhart's biography and particularly if she participated in some war ? thank you in advance

  • She became a nurse during WW1

  • amelias story is so sad! I am glade a movie is coming out about her. Especially with hillary swank she is great.I cant wait untill the movie, Amelia is one of my heroes!

  • just saw the movie today and it was really beautiful and touching.

  • @MissBec1994 mine toooooooooo :-D

  • @MissBec1994 well i know for a fact that she did'nt die or get abducted by aliens. i know that she crash landed a bit of a way off of the mile-long island and she at least lived there. detectives have found human bones on the island and some things witch they belive where part of amilea earharts inventory!

that woman was a real trooper she did'nt stop beacuse of a plane crash she lived on that island for a long time so keep on beleaving in amilia although she's dead she's still a real hero! :D

  • she disappear

  • Dear All,

    I have some curious questions:

    (1) Since the first aeroplane was invented by Wright Brother in 1903, what does flying means to our society and the world?

    (2) What is aviation and flying means to female?

    (3) Why do ladies love flying, including me?

THANK YOU IN ADVANCE for your creative ideas and brainstorm!!! :)

P.S. I am a lady who enjoy flying.

  • I just saw that moive, starring & produced by Hilary wanl. Excellent extremely period piece setting! I love the way she moved up to bigger and modern airplanes..:)[compare the old girls Miss Earhart flew through the years in size at least! I noted her first had three propellers, the next three, and final much bigger that was her last, two.

    Steve J.Carras

  • She crashes every time infact she never knew where she was , she had no sense of direction.

  • she could be alive highly doubt it but i bet we would figure it out somtime. but u know, she mightya just ran ou gas or got lost in clouds and didnt know where she was going then boom went straight for water u nevr know.

  • there making a movie about her and the actress who played her look like Amelia identical twin.

  • lmao crazy4malfoy1, yes she died

  • LOL IM being her for HALLOWEEN!!! SHE RULZ!1

  • Aliens.... probably...

  • amelia is a nice name dont know y i wrote dat??

  • she died right

  • check out jean Batten thom was created Commander of the British Empire (CBE) in 1936. In 1938, she was the first woman to be awarded the medal of the Federation Aeronautique Internationale, aviation's highest honour

  • I've written Obama countless times telling him we need to search for her! Everyda i fear the worse. Obama dont give a shit about her!

  • Dude, she would be a 112 years old.

  • thats kinda ironic how you pronounce "Earheart". It sounds like "air-heart."

  • yup! lol

  • Yup. Her heart was in the air. :-)

  • Listen to Joni Mitchell's "Amelia"......

  • ): at least she's in a better place. she'll always be my role model.

  • America needs to bring her home. We owe her that much.

  • The Irene-Amelia website features pages that examine the National Geographic Society's and the Smithsonian Institute's historical opinions of Amelia Earhart's disappearance. Beginning in 2002 the Earhart disappearance story took a new turn. Check out the 'History of Amelia Earhart Mystery Research' page link in the Irene-Amelia site for disappearance investigations published since 1960. & Long live the memory and inspiration of Amelia Mary Earhart...

  • @xxxruzzelxxx you mean like when she failed at navigation and flying?

  • she didn't failed at flying, she was actually a good pilot. she was just killed

  • @xxxruzzelxxx she was killed? Is that how you say she crashed her plane? Killed? Who killed her? The space aliens?

  • ur not funny, ur jokes are flat and boring.. ask your mom who killed her, stop talking to me

  • she inspired me :D

  • aww. i love her! shes so awesome.(:

  • Thank you for the compliment about me in my past live!I am very beautiful in this live as well, people told me.... smile

    Please see video ameliareborn

    Thank you!

  • @steffidude :-O

  • Cool song. Pertaining to the 'survival' theory, where in 1965 Admiral Nimitz did admit it was known and documented in Washington how Earhart ended up existing under the auspice of Japan after she was reported 'missing,' the question became: Would Japan, who in the 1930s regaled Amelia Earhart as a hero (Babe Ruth too) have allowed Amelia to die either by sickness or execution? OR, could another co-endorsed (U.S., Japan) solution have been achieved? The latter holds weight re: pre-WWII era.
