  • We liked the bib fine till we saw her trying to cover her poo in the garden and dragging the bib thru it.

It seemed a messy and unhygienic solution to the catching birds problem so we are no longer using it. Even washing it daily wasnt satisfactory.

  • CatBib update. My cat "lost" 3 cat bibs over the past few weeks. Twice her collar was still on, leading me to believe a neighbor took them off, probably thinking it was something 'cruel.' Rather than keep putting bibs on her (at $10+ per bib) I switched to "Cat Alert," a small beeper on her collar that beeps every 7 seconds to alert wildlife that a cat is in the area... My cat doesn't seem to mind it. I'm hoping it works and that my caring but misguided neighbors leave it on--each one costs $20!

  • Congrats! Musette still occasionally brings something in (even with the wide bib, for "aggressive" cats), but thankfully it's pretty rare. I'll take it off, come winter, when snow keeps the birds off the ground, and she's also far more visible.

  • After cleaning up blood & guts far too many times I got my killer kitty a catbib. So far so good! She hasn't killed anything for a week (that I am aware of...).
