The Killdeer was probably wondering what you were up to and why you weren't chasing him/her. Toward the end of the clip, looks like a male grackle trying to impress a female! As he found out, it was a waste of time trying to impress a female!! Get the hint men----don't waste your time trying to impress a female! LOL!

We have these birds in the field (all part of a high school football and track) down the sloping hill behind our house. They are really cool, interesting little guys! =)
