Thanks guys :) As you see the arc is very much influenced by magnets without extra capacity but if the capacity is big and the discharge very strong, the magnet influence seems not so great. So the next step would be to use much lower capacity acp in parallel to the gap to see if magnet influence will be bigger. The goal is to blow out the arc before capacitor is fully drained.
