[03:44] ---> Look at the Edomite, or so-called white woman (Janeway) face when she realizes that the two Israelite God Man Tuvok, or Tim Russ & Chakotay, or Robert Adame Beltran (whom she secretly loves & wholeheartedly relies upon) is going to kill her irrelevant to her plea(s) for mercy.
As expected logical analytics wins again, analytically Tuvok logically knew Chakotay did not give him a working phaser.
[05:39] ---> Look at Lanna, or Torr face knowing what the Gods Tuvok & Chakotay is doing.
What a bunch of crap. Great setup to an interesting story about mind control and loyalty and it all fell apart in the last 10 minutes. Suddenly Tuvok decides that he is ok ( even though for the entire episode he has been a lunatic ) and a few mind melds later all is well? Crap.
I've decided this entire episode was written for the express purpose of being able to see the crew wearing 3D glasses...who CARES about anything else in between?!?!

I don't care which Star Trek series you watch, they all say how mysterious the mind continues to be, and yet you will always find episodes where the mind of one or more characters is altered or tampered with in on way or another. And by the end of the episode, all is well with their minds and all is forgiven. I'm surprised they're not all walking vegetables by the end of the series...he he he
With that said, lets move on to the next episode. :)))
When Nelix offered Tuvok the popcorn, I had this crazy feeling for a moment that Tuvok was going to clock him right in the jaw. I don't know why but I did... and I'd have paid money to see it happen.
This is a pretty bad episode. When writing for a series like this they have the oportunity to create any world, any race and instead they write an episode where they could be parked up on Earth. A totally pointless story that was wrapped up in second. Oh I'm not brain washed anymore sorry about wasting your day by trying to drop you off in space, lets go and watch a 1950's 3D movie and have laugh about how I nearly killed you.
WAIT... just WAIT. Vulcan brandy? Now how the hell would that ever become logical to Vulcans to make an alcohol spirit? Must be a cheap Ferengi gimmick to turn a little profit from ignorant tourists.
he was also a criminal on star trek tng when they tried steal from enterprise episode starship mine when picard pretented he was the barber mott

So,
the message is:
The Voyager crew looks up to '50's 3-D trash as superior entertainment....
No wonder I always rejected this series as a
'Borg plan of subversiveness through counterfeits-
"Weaken their minds even further-
THEN we will assimilate them!"

That is so stupid... I have no words.
You have a holdeck - a room that can simulate ANYTHING - and ANYONE - and you simulate an old theatre where you have to wear 3d glasses?
So now I tell you what people would realy do with a holodeck. Ever played Halo?
Yup. People would play as the Master Chief. Or maybe conquer europe as Genghis Kahn. Or even be Raziel from Soul Reaver and fight Kain.
Honestly their holodeck ideas are so stupid und unrealistic its unbelieveable...

Tuvok: I can mind meld with the rest of the Maquis to convey their instructions.
Chakotay: It will be nice to get my old crew back Oh, and I dont trust you.
Wouldnt Chakotay have wanted Tuvok to mind meld and get the rest of his crew on board with his plan prior to potentially screwing things up?
