  • I ate so many of those while living in Korea last year. They really grow on you. The aged and chilled ones are the best.

  • question, where are you? Seems kinda random but Im just curious because of the creepy ass hall way in the background..

  • persimmon is good....

  • next thing you know your crazy ass is going to be drinking ice cucumber Pepsi. I stay away from alot of the Japanese stuff. Some other Asia foods I can tolerate.

  • Persimmons are supposed to be able to predict the weather depending on what you find inside the pit. I don't remember the story very well but american persimmons will either have a knife, fork, or spoon in the pit and based on what you finds helps to tell you the weather! Might wanna google it for more info. <3!

  • Zombie Fruit ! Awesome. Enjoying the new channel.

  • Wow, I had no idea Persimmons were a Japanese fruit. My dad has a tree that grows those. I thought they were just as common as apples. *shrugs*

  • is this what old skool fool has come down to? Reviewing fruit? Unsubbed.

  • Sorry your too hardcore for anything outside of gaming. Maybe you should think about eating more fruit to loosen up that bad attitude of yours!

  • Persimmons are usually pretty sour, but after you let them ripen for a while they develop a sweet taste. I'm from South Carolina, and a lot of the the older country folk have expressions that comment on the sour taste. As a result, a lot of people don't consider them edible. They're actually not uncommon in the states, but I've never eaten one. I like to grow fruit; what can I say?

  • i seen those in mexico when i was on my summer vacation' they call them persimos or something like that.. idk if its the same bt it looks like it and the name is similar idk though :P

  • its exactly the same thing. ive seen them in mex, and even here in california as well in produce shops, never knew it was also an asian food. its an aquired taste. i dont really care for them.

  • Yeah, totally acquired. Maybe I might like them more sour...sour shit rocks!
