It's a National History Day project about the Transcontinental Railroad. She has won at the school and district levels and is now going to our state competition. Her website quotes Judah's "Practical Plan", and she wants to use the part of your video that shows Judah's face while reading the Practical Plan. She needs to make her changes by March 23. Thank you for any help you can give!
