I am siging this song for my choir. I didn't like the song at first, but now that my choir is putting more enthusiasm into in, it actually sounds alot better! LOL I do like this song, and you guys did a great job!

they had minor issues but they did well overall!!! too much vibrato...but theyd get an 8 out of 10 from me...i know a 20 page song isnt easy...gud job
you guys really emphasize your "da"s and they almost sound like "ta"s but i'm not sure if greg meant for that. i sang voice dance 1 with him in europe and all of them are supposed to be just really flowy. i really liked this though. my choir sang this song too, but it was our jazz choir of 15. it was fun to learn huh?
audio isnt the greatest for entry. we tried that entry once, and never again. also the tenors are great, but the alto and especially sopranos need to be tighter, also there are some voices that over power the rest, and theyre not necessarily good. the entire point of singing in a choir is to be one, not a group with a few people who are too loud. chances are if you can hear yourself, youre too loud.

Wow! You guys sound just like my choir. We just did this at the heratige festival of gold in San Fransisco. We were awarded 3rd place and a gold. ^_~ Yay!
My chorus is performing this on tuesday. We're going to have drums and maraca... things... we're going to have about 110 students singing this... plus, your tempo seems to be slower than ours, and the soprano and alto parts have slightly different words. I'm a tenor.
But voicedance 3 still can't hold a candle to our chorus singing bohemian rhapsody last year.
good job...you have good blend on dynamics between the sections...my school choir had the honor of having greg jaspers come to our class and work on this with us and we heard a sample of voice dance 4...he is a truly amazing musician
good performance! pretty good sound distribution between each of the sections, but i think everyone plays this song faster than it should be played... im doing this one in college choir, like 80 friggen people in it, but we are doing it at a tempo more like 85-90 bpm instead of 100, that way you can get alot more dynamic control and more contrast. just feels like you guys were rushed, but did a good job anyway :)
the only comment i would have is that the tenors are working a little too hard. The point of the Voice Dance series is that all of the syllibles are open (ah, ey, eh...) Greg JAsperse told me when i did this with him that the 12/8 section can, and should be done with little or no movment in the jaw, rather your tounge does all the diction work.
That being said, its a minor thing and that was a really good job!!

the words aren't wrong, we do this in our choir too, but i we do it a bit faster.
i don't think it's wrong at the tempo you do it, i just think ours is better :P but that might be because i'm you know, singing it. xD
it sounds amazing though.

my choir did this song. however we did faster. but you guys did a nice job...but our choir only has about 40 people. good job.
