Dont mis-interpret because your a bloody sight stronger than me. But, the form is a little shoddy, there just a bit to heavy and your not keeping your shoulders nice and isolated, your swinging back and using to much momentum. Go slightly lower with absolute beautiful form and they'll actually do more for you. I never add more weight until form is perfect, even if it means I have to accept a kilo or 2 below one of my mates. Iron body though sir.
*Same reply as previous* no worries but it was a 'forced' set, yes I do more concentrated lighter sets but if I only did that and didn't shock the muscle groups with heavier weight I wouldn't grow as fast :)
The form is sort of forceful. I not trying to be an ass, because I can tell you have muscles, but it looked you were putting to much of your other muscles and body into it.
and it looks like your stressing your back, leaning backward like that. I just don't beleive that weight that heavy can be good for you back. Good results keep excercising! :)
