Yeah, a) the diet of the average american is high in preservatives and junk anyway, and, when you try to buy healthy you really aren't buying that healthy. Then you have to cook it, if you have the time to prepare "fresh" food daily. Therefore, for the common man and woman, I'd say eathing these fish isn't too bad!!!!!!!!!! Nice catch.
