OK folks, #1 the sign of a GREAT chef is one who is constantly on the lookout for more recipes to tempt their clientele with, NOT one who is closed minded and thinks only thir own recipes are any good.

#2 Jamaicans don't eat weird food, just different food. Having tasted genuine Jamaican food I can tell you it is truly delicious.
