I do not condone drunk driving but in enforcing laws that limit drunk or impaired driving the police quite frequently overstep their bounds. I suppose you support roadblocks too ,right? You think law enforcement has the right to stop people without probable cause? Many in law enforcement who take an oath to support and defend the US Constitution do so jokingly. It's unacceptable!

@greenbeana214 No, I’m not against DWI checkpoints sometimes they are the best way to deter that type of dangerous behavior + you still need PC to search for things not in plain view at a roadblock. Also Its comical how your calling it socialism which is government involvement in economics to spread wealth around to the poorer citizens and fascism which is when corporations become mixed into the government, neither term is relevant to this situation and its frankly ridiculous.
