@myjumpmanual that's the only way I squat..I don't understand why people want to do that half squat shit??? if I did that then if be doing like 455 something like that but Nawh I have to go below parallel our my coach won't count the squat for us.
@ndogg1337 well the best thing to do really is just jump all the time but don't just hop around just explode your legs like your trying to make your knee caps go through the back of your legs. the more you do that the better off you will be
@genekratos get your below parallel squat to 2x your bodyweight and your bodyfat down to 6% like this guy and practice jumping. Thats all it takes, but that's alot of work
@leonss102 that only really works well for lanky people such as yourself with naturally low body fat levels, long tendons, narrow hips ect. Also, going that route without weight training will probably result in some sort of overuse injury such as patellar tendonitis, shin splints, ect. Not saying that it doesn't work, its just not the fastest/safest route for the majority of people
@MattAsh50 my wingpsan is 6'1'' & i'm 6'2'' & my standing reach is below 8' w.o shoes.I'm actually pretty proportioned when comparing to alot of ppl/dunkers.I can't speak on weightlifting,but i've reached my goals naturally w.o injuries.everyone is different though...
@leonss102 interesting, i would never have guessed your wingspan was less than your height from watching your vids, guess you just don't have much extra upper body mass bc i know you have low bodyfat don't you?
