Definetly reppin "Air" Murphy in this vids. the windmills are lookin awesome too. that other vid of yours with the vertical jump, head rim attempt looks like a min of 46". and also nice song choice mayne kinda reminds me of my old video......:)

  • @myjumpmanual that's the only way I squat..I don't understand why people want to do that half squat shit??? if I did that then if be doing like 455 something like that but Nawh I have to go below parallel our my coach won't count the squat for us.

  • @ndogg1337 well the best thing to do really is just jump all the time but don't just hop around just explode your legs like your trying to make your knee caps go through the back of your legs. the more you do that the better off you will be

  • @genekratos get your below parallel squat to 2x your bodyweight and your bodyfat down to 6% like this guy and practice jumping. Thats all it takes, but that's alot of work

  • @MattAsh50 pretty much yeah. im about 150 155 and i squat 405 and my bodyfat is 5.something%

  • @bballatm5 is that 405 down to parallel? if so, that is crazy and does explain how you can jump so high man. you just motivated me to work harder!

  • @leonss102 that only really works well for lanky people such as yourself with naturally low body fat levels, long tendons, narrow hips ect. Also, going that route without weight training will probably result in some sort of overuse injury such as patellar tendonitis, shin splints, ect. Not saying that it doesn't work, its just not the fastest/safest route for the majority of people

  • @MattAsh50 my wingpsan is 6'1'' & i'm 6'2'' & my standing reach is below 8' w.o shoes.I'm actually pretty proportioned when comparing to alot of ppl/dunkers.I can't speak on weightlifting,but i've reached my goals naturally w.o injuries.everyone is different though...

  • Nice progress man! Your getting up there. Windmill off the wall was nice and the lob windmill was definately a legit i'd say about 45". Keep getting higher bro :)
