I went to UF and was witness to all of tebows time there and I've got to say... after watching the Dolphins and Lions games... Tebow is probably the worst NFL starter ive ever seen
today tim tebow proved thousands of people wrong--being down 15 points with 5 minutes left in the game and being shut out the whole game seems extremely unlikely to comeback but only a person like tebow can do that! i know people will make up excuses like "those touchdown passes were lucky" or the way tebow throws the ball is ugly- tebow won the game he is 1-0 as a starter this season! so haters please Shut up!

But as it is he is having success with the triple option, they are 4-1 with him so far. And as for the kid who said Fig Newton is better, how many games has he won? 2?? I would take 4-1 with a good guy, and hell of an athlete as my QB over 2-8 with a cocky attitude, great athlete QB anyday of the week. See: Michael Vick and Fig Newton.

Elway got good once he had people like Shannon Sharpe and Terrell Davis, Tebow doesnt really have anyone like that to throw to or run with, it's pretty much him by himself on offense. @ganat8 He is kind of alone, but I think some of the players like McGahee will become good assets for Tebow. Fox and the coaching staff are trying to create plays and build an offense that will be good for Tebow and benefit the team. Elway and Fox need to realize that Tebow is the quarterback that will take the Broncos all the way. He may be better than Elway, he may not. But he has proven that he is just as good as Elway.
He's only 23 years old and he's not dead. He doesn't have a legacy yet. What is with all the hype on this guy? He hasn't proven anything. as a Michigan fan I can say I enjoyed watching him, but he did get screwed out of the 2008 Heisman trophy. I'll guarantee you that Bradford probably wanted to ship him the trophy after the BCS Title game, because UF was clearly the better team with the better overall QB.

He has weapons at his disposal but he still struggled and needed a comeback to beat a horrible Texans defense. At the end of the day, he lost 2 out of 3. The next season the Broncos will not be seeing a post season.

Tebow is such a hard worker, they say he's the first one in the gym everyday, and the last one to leave. He isn't seen at parties because he's working out instead, what a gift that the broncos have. I can't wait to see what this kid does. He's an inspiration to many.
I have seen firsthand Tebow's generosity and caring for people who have had hard times in life. When he can visit a dead teammate's family (Micheal Guliford)), for a funeral and then dinner weeks later, and then go out of his way to visit another member of that family who had brain cancer who unfrotunately passed away recently. @falcons2k81 I'll admit that it was mostly Leak that should get the credit for 2006. But, Tebow made plenty of key plays for that team to win it all in 2006. No tebow, no championship. I wish we would've been able to keep Cam Newton, I knew losing him was gonna be bigger than most would've anticipated.
No offense, but neither of those national championships were undefeated seasons, and tebow never faced a team half as good as the 05 USC team. Vince Young handed in the single greatest single game performance in college football history, and I'd rather have him than Tebow any day of the week. Not saying that Tebow isn't amazing though, he really is.
@ M8566 Troy Aikman had more talent around him than Romo did. Look at the O-line Aikman had compared to now. Which was the reason Emmitt Smith was so damn good. There is a reason Dallas went 1-4 with Romo and that's because there O-line didn't protect him, and didn't create any holes for Barber & Felix. Thus which is why we passed majority of the time, which is why we he had so many interceptions.

Tebow is such a hard worker, they say he's the first one in the gym everyday, and the last one to leave. He isn't seen at parties because he's working out instead, what a gift that the broncos have. I can't wait to see what this kid does. He's an inspiration to many.

I have seen firsthand Tebow's generosity and caring for people who have had hard times in life. When he can visit a dead teammate's family (Micheal Guliford)), for a funeral and then dinner weeks later, and then go out of his way to visit another member of that family who had brain cancer who unfrotunately passed away recently. It's Great To Be A Florida Gator!

@falcons2k81 I'll admit that it was mostly Leak that should get the credit for 2006. But, Tebow made plenty of key plays for that team to win it all in 2006. No tebow, no championship. I wish we would've been able to keep Cam Newton, I knew losing him was gonna be bigger than most would've anticipated.

No offense, but neither of those national championships were undefeated seasons, and tebow never faced a team half as good as the 05 USC team. Vince Young handed in the single greatest single game performance in college football history, and I'd rather have him than Tebow any day of the week. Not saying that Tebow isn't amazing though, he really is.

@ M8566 Troy Aikman had more talent around him than Romo did. Look at the O-line Aikman had compared to now. Which was the reason Emmitt Smith was so damn good. There is a reason Dallas went 1-4 with Romo and that's because there O-line didn't protect him, and didn't create any holes for Barber & Felix. Thus which is why we passed majority of the time, which is why we he had so many interceptions.
Statistically Romo is better than Aikman.
