  • Arms, legs, abs every other day. I'm getting results. Arms with the ten pounders.

    This is exactly what i needed as I didn't want to bulk out. I just want reps and to get definition. Which is what you will get.

  • Anyone who plays starcraft here should do this everyday before playing. If your arms are in good shape your APM will be higher and you'll have more mouse dexterity

  • you can actually feel your arms being worked out. im a girl, and honestly i still like to have some weight.. so I just grab anything with the same balance, and has a good weight to it. it works twice as good, and is way better than using nothing.

  • The one excersize alone probably not unless you do it more then what thety did there. That was jsut a general arms workout, if you want to increase your pecs then I suggest concentrated workouts for that speicifc body part. But I'm not a personal trainer or anything like that so I don't actually know, it's just my guess haha.

  • This has been a good addition to my upper body workout. Really works the shoulders well. 8min arms is good pepper on the steak but its not the whole steak.

  • Heey, great you this excited, but don't overreact. Remember these video's aren't completely up to date. You shouldn't workout every day the same muscles. Then you won't build any muscles. Muscles need to recover, so don't train them every day. Subscribe or buddy me so I can give you some more tips later on. I'll be soon putting exercise video's on youtube as well.

  • These excersices are great, The techinique is good, what you need to do is instead of cans use 10 pounds dumbells. It really works!!

    Perform 4 sets of each excersice with 12 repetitions.

  • @edgarvila what you say it's good..but for a begginer..starting directlly with that weight will be too hard...i mean...for me it was...and i 15...i started with 5 pounds..now i work with 15 :D
