Seven News has been number 1 in Perth since forever (Nine Perth doesn't even get close) so they must be doing something right.

Im sure they are, haiving the same old team that has been there for 100 years helps. not those CSI AND LAW AND ORDER PROMOS,if people are drawn to news because of that than i must say PERTH is DUMB. What hapened to the REAL meaning of Journalism

TVW has always had good promos in my opinion, but you're entitled to disagree.
Although I do agree with you about whether the promos are what make people watch the bulletin. I don't think they do. If anything, TVW doesn't really need to air promos as most people watch already Seven News anyway.
