I think I cracked the game by accident lol.

What I did was cut and paste the UT3 folder to somewhere else. Then I went to steam and clicked "delete all game content." Now it is listed as unistalled.

Now I can play UT3 even online, with steam offline but with the internet online. lol LOL :P

i tried downloading it, i typically download at 900k-1.3mb/sec

i pay a lot for my connection, reguardless, i tried to download this off steam, it started off at 74kb/sec

i thought meh it'll pick up, i go shower, smoke, eat some food, 35 minutes later it was downloading at 20kb/sec with only 2% complete... i realized doing the math it'd take about 24hours to download that retarded game at the rate i was downloading...

pretty much buy the game for 12 bucks or dont bother.

The reason it says that, is because its like millions downloading the game at the same time. will you be able to play it idk. but you should keep trying to download it.
