  • Thx everyone....Wrath...doing alot of protein mixes instead of eating meals. Cut way back on meals period. Not eating much, drinking alot of fluid, and cut out all sweets and junk food.

  • congratulations free.been in your shoes.i was grossly obese had the rouxen-y gastric bypass done and lost half of my body weight.my suggestion is to eat multiple small meals a day.keeps me from eating the things i know are not good for me.keeps my glucose metabolism more regular and if i am eating frequently my body is constantly burning fuel. lots of fluids to wash away the byproducts of the metabolism.always remember.you are worthy.....don't let depression kick your arse.it's a daily struggle
