The terms of the will are clear. Joe Jackson was not included, nor were the sibilings. The money is for the children, his mother and charities. The judge in probate court will NOT allow it and rightly so. Nor will he allow the children of Randy and Jermaine, along with their shared concubine to benefit from Michael's money. Hence Alexanjdra's eviction from the estate. They bled Michael dry for years. Enough is enough.

Michael said he told him one time to get money from our mother according to a phone conversation recorded that's posted on youtube. Joe always squandered money Michael gave him. Michael also said he financially ruined the victory tour he did with his brothers.

Having said that, how come Joe Jackson cannot find his own income, surely appearances and such, like interviews would have given him income. If Michael really wanted Joe Jackson to receive money after his death he would have included him in his estate, but he did not. No judge in their rightful mind would give Joe Jackson an allowance. That would be going against the deceased, in this case, Michael, wishes in the will. Michael was very specific about it and even had a no contest clause to challenge anybody who inherited from the will to be disinherited if they challenged his will. There is no way in hell any judge would give him an allowance when that was not the intent of the will. His best bet is to ask Katherine for a stipend out of Katherine's allowance
