No stat points!!!? this is major everyone naked at lvl 60 = SAME! @ERCxCobraCMNDER Stats are still in the game, customize that using items and gems anyway you like. There are more gear options as well. And seriously, who would run around naked at level 60? And even then, you would be different from everyone else because of the customized skills. I've played through beta and already i see great customization. It's really quick and easy to craft items with the stats/affixes that you need. Customization is not only better but also a lot more fun and less tedious.
I am going to be completely honest and this is just my opinion so I appologize in advance if this doesnt sit well with others. I got into beta and played it and it's just meh. I was doing the same thing over and over. No stat distribution means you play their character, not yours. Simple gui for the current Angry Birds generation gamers and just Diablo 3 in 1080p. The game will have some cool stuff but it will not be a revolutionary piece, much like GuildWars 2 which is also looking bad.

Torchlight 2 will not be ready until the end of the year, making it q4. So do you really think blizzis going to hold us that long to try n plunge torchlight?

So disappointing. I play hardcore and have zero interest for anything else so my first playthrough of the game is pretty much ruined by that decision and it adds nothing in my opinion :(

My biggest complaint is that it took blizz like 2-3 years to come out with Diablo 2 after making Diablo 1 and the same thing with the warcraft series(not world of warcraft). Then all of the sudden its taking decades to come out with starcraft two and diablo three. All I have to say is what is taking so long, COD releases a game every other year( they have two teams that rotate years) and all these other companies just hammering out amazing games... why do you need 10 years blizzard?

Even the worst player in the world can just hurl his hero to their death over and over again until they beat the game, but beating the game in hardcore is a significant achievement not everyone will get to. If hardcore awarded players with extra items or more powerful drops, that sense of achievement would be diminished
Ya know, I do think its gay, Hardcore as a first through is more enjoyable, makes it all more fresh and more thrill, and if someone can't read a warning deserves to lose their character

@rodhoffman if you don't want to download any of the freeware that already does this, just buy a Diablo 3 mouse. The mouse driver has this feature built in.

Im ok with delays as long as it becomes smooth and nice, as it was the before Activision got in blizz. @FinalSkyTheGamer I love Diablo but I'm not going to be emo over this game just b/c it is going to be awasome.Been playing D1 and D2 for too long and am tired of waiting on Blizz's pridefull ass to deliver a game that shouldn't take that long to make. Or could it be that now that Fucktivision joined up w/ them, they are influencing them n' teaching them how to milk more money out of us? Hmmm...the trade system is one sign of that.What's next? -_-

Im ok with delays as long as it becomes smooth and nice, as it was the before Activision got in blizz. Hope Diablo don't become a kid fun game, as it is World Of Warcraft nowadays, but instead become a fine piece of art as it was Diablo, Diablo 2, and Lord of Destruction. That i proudly own, and still play from time to time. Hope blizz goes back to does days of gold wille making this game.
