hehe I'll think about it ^^ And thank you for the kind words.
Though, at the moment I'm taking a break from Lotro due to RL job changes. But due to an unforseen event, I might be returning soon. And then I'll probably put up more songs :)
ha,brilliant! looks like a german swan-neck almost but with a Tieffenbrucker body! The Italian or French were double re-entrant or single re-entrant so the highest pitch string was the 3rd or 2nd,which is part of the theorbo's character mimicking the harp/kithara of the ancient greeks. It's basically an improved bass lute with 8 more basses (the top strings an octave lower thus thinner basses)
Maybe you could incorporate that into your tunes, nice one by the way.
Forgot to add. All my tunes, including this one is played using a Midi-Keyboard plugged to the PC. Which is why I say it's handplayed, though I do believe the 100% correct statement would be, played in Realtime, as it's recorded while I'm pushing the keys
Ah! well then! You have a good taste in instruments. Perhaps you'll search Rolf Lislevand De Visee, to see some theorbo music from 1600's in France. I bet if you listened to Hopkinson Smith playing John Dowland you would absolutly love it, it reminds one of the LOTR 'feel' so well, its probably the perfect music for it.
I'm not entirely sure what you're trying to say or getting at, so I'll answer all of the questions.
A) Yes, my character is playing the Theorbo.
B) Lotro's Graphics Engine animated it all for me.
C) That's a question about taste. But I do have videos up on the tube with Lute playing aswell. I just thought I'd post this one as I haven't seen many Theorbo Videos.
Hope that answers all of your questions satisfyingly ;o)
WHAT THE HELL!!! this is on so many drugs! Do you play theorbo? how did you animate this? Also wouldn't a renaissance lute work better with the hobit thing?

Again, thank you. It's appreciated.

Thanks, but you didn't answer one of the questions - do you play theorbo or just your character?
