You'll never see a springboard break that mr announcer because it defies the laws of physics. If a springboard broke it would simply fall to the floor not launch someone 20 feet in the air then fall. It makes no sense.

Its a commercial for Craftsman tools. The slogan goes "Not the official tools for gymnastics, The official tools for NASCAR." Although they cut the end of the video off.
You can see at the very end the guy sitting in the chair with the green toolbox, he hides the box then runs away.
