Could the seat be lower for better center of gravity? But then of course the wheel base would have to be longer. Could the pivot be below the seat? and have more of the front wheel closer to the crotch area? I don't see why people aren't selling this in the store, i would buy one. Could you please use 27 inch wheels for least rolling resistence.
Go ahead and build one. It is inherently unstable, and IF you can ride it, it will fight you continuously.
Before you can design a bicycle, you have to understand how one works.
