I agree with everything you say, except I think it really depends on the car. A DC5 with 15s would look nasty. That's why the DC5R has 17s to fill in the wheel arches a bit. The Del Sol though, with it's smaller arches should never use anything above 15's.

Don't neccessarily need e-brake to slide these things. Get enough speed, brake hard around the corner and the back slides out easy. Especially with a stiffened rear setup.
And to the fellow a few posts below, you can't 'power-oversteer' a front drive car. The front just tucks in on braking. Homeboy needs to go out and drive a bit more to see.

i'm 16 years old and bought a 95 Del Sol SI and it is freakin sick. Solid white with body kit that looks way mean and i have 18" back rims to go along. If u guys thinks that is sideways, you should see me and my buddies out on the counry roads tearing it up man. Del Sol Fo-eva!

I agree with everything you say, except I think it really depends on the car. A DC5 with 15s would look nasty. That's why the DC5R has 17s to fill in the wheel arches a bit. The Del Sol though, with it's smaller arches should never use anything above 15's.

How the hell did you manage to get a Del Sol to drift? Even when I had stock wheels & suspension I couldn't get the son'bitch to break free... Now I've done over 100 circuits in mine and I still never slide like that.

Don't neccessarily need e-brake to slide these things. Get enough speed, brake hard around the corner and the back slides out easy. Especially with a stiffened rear setup.
And to the fellow a few posts below, you can't 'power-oversteer' a front drive car. The front just tucks in on braking. Homeboy needs to go out and drive a bit more to see.

sure u dont need e-brakes i had a del sol jdm RHD but i crashed with it in a curve and did barils over 300 feet cause of that it to fucking light weight in rear... i was at 140km/h at the end of the curve then ive shifted in 4 and losed out the rear omg it was scary. no more cars and no more speed on street for me it a chance that i am alive
