After watching this I'd say that Fontaine is the primary antagonist of the entire game because he's behind the morphine and the house fires which are the biggest plots in the game

If there were to be another L.A Noire game, I'd love to have it done during the Victorian Era in England, and you'd play as Scotland Yard during the Jack the Ripper murders. Although a direct sequel would be nice too.
