you guys are awesome! I am just starting out doing property management and its hard sometimes....I have some good tenants and some bad ones....I think my young ones break new dishwashers and are harder on things...thanks for the great video!!!

you can mix jelly & boric acid & put it in bottle caps & place it in far corners away from pets & kids. (like behind the stove) & they will eat it & DIE.

I have used boric acid everytime I move to a new place before I put my stuff in the apt or house.
