Q: when tapering in my jeans or pants...if I only taper-in one side-I lose the original ironed line, it goes crooked. how can I fix this? 2ndQ: on my jeans there is one side that has that thick frelled side-How do I take that thick side down the outer jean leg and taper it? angelo2488@hotmail.com
Is the seam binding purely for looks to cover the frayed edges or is it necessary for maintaining the edges? I tend to choose the path of least resistance so I was wondering if I could get away with not adding a seam binding.
