  • i like this...i sometimes find when adjusting students coming up in Sirsasana I that i need to shift to get out of the way...that's a cool way to adjust the asana better...and yes, lifting from the legs to adjust for Urdhva Sirsasana is so key for protecting your shoulders and lower back...i want to take a workshop with him in March...he seems great!
