Those throws were not DEEP... I know from the video distance that is not 60 feet. 60 feet looks much much further than that on video... plus you throw like a girl with the yell at 40 feet, embarassing

Those throws were DEEP. The glide and first spin were over 60 and the last one probably would have been at least 65 if I had saved it.

lol same last name as me and i do shot put and discus! lol nice throws by the way!! i've only did it last year as a sophmore in high school and im doing it again this year as a junior and it just started today. and i was wondering how do u keep your right elbow at a 45 degree angle with out moving it down? lol jw cuz that is my problem they told me.
