The instrument that saxo player plays at minute 7, is just a midi controller for saxophonist, lutists, etc, you connect it to a device wich contains sounds... thru this controlles you can sound like a violin,,, a drum.... trumpet, etc...

@Juster09: Yes, toderox is correct. If you type Akai EWI into the You Tube search window it will bring up some demos of the instrument for you.
