Were here with the madkitz portable drum kit uh you can take your drums anywhere uh for the full rock band experience uh so were gonna go through a run through uh show you how it works uh..lol some many uhs!
what he didn't say: pads must be hit somewhere in/around the center; and the pedal is loud and unreliable at times; and this is better off as a replacement if your pads break and you need new ones
sorry, im not trying to rain on your parade but these suck..i had some of these cuz i really love drumming but they move ALOT when drumming and bounce up and down. yeah they have rubber stopper thingys on the bottom but they pick up dust and would not stick anymore. i finally got the wireless drums from RB2..amazing! :) im just saying..thats my opinion.
For those of you wondering, you can buy these from HMV (considering you live in the UK) for £20 and they are a good buy, and they do work with Guitar Hero.
i got em just yesterday, and they kick so much ass they work wonders! I would suggest them to anyone, the only problem I have is finding a table low enough yet high enough that Im not completely bent over lol :D o well
I would buy these but can they take a beating if ur on expert in drums?? And do they work on ghwt? Also can te Rock band 1 drum pedal work on this?? Pleas reply if anyone has answers :)
i have these drums but they suck. i retured mine. i cant hit the bass pedal as fast on the regular one. its harder to hit also because its flat. i dont think it will work for gutiar hero wt because the pad's and stuff but i never tried it. and yes the rockband one pedal should work. it comes with rubber drums sticks with rubber tips that is compact but also pretyy heavy. i really dont suggest it but its ur choice
Idk. The rock band one already does that. Besides, from past experiences, everything i've gotten mad catz was a peice of trash plastic that i would have to be paid by someone to get me to play with it. Of course thats xbox 360 controller/xbox controller/ps1/ps2/gamecube controllers, so obviously they are trying to make better products.. right? From the 1900's to 2000's they still suck.
Does anyone know if this will be compatible with Guitar Hero World Tour for 360? The official drums are and I hope this one follows it in terms of cross-compatibility.
I'm ordering these!!! They are coming on oct. 4 I got them on amazon for $8.99 (^-^)

Matban92 2 years ago
I'm gonna see if I can get some of these for the 360 so I can use them with the beatles game. I already have PS2 drums to rest the pads on.
And get someone better to review this.
IanTweekDP 2 years ago
they dont rest on the drums they slip off
SirSillyBuns 2 years ago
Meh. I'll find some masking tape or something.

stratisfire 2 years ago
I'm guessing that they're not velocity sensitive :(
SmashBrosVideos23 2 years ago
rock band 1 drums aren't either
SirSillyBuns 2 years ago
Yeah, I know. But RB2 drums are. And I needed new drums and I wanted velocity sensitive ones :)
But this is worth more than the RB2 drums because of the cheap price.
SmashBrosVideos23 2 years ago
lol stick em to the rb1 drum kit and they are even greater
SirSillyBuns 2 years ago
I can't. It's not sold for the PS3 :(
I think I'll just go with the RB1 or RB2 stock pads T_T
SmashBrosVideos23 2 years ago

It's actually a bass pedal.
urbandisaster567 2 years ago
@BlooMassacre no its actually a kick pedal, theres no such thing as a "drum pedal"

@EananC what I said doesn't change the fact he called it a drum kit.

i hate these cymbals. they're so awkward and hard to set up, they move everywhere and the pedal is borderline useless.

I believe these are treated as Rock Band Drums so they should work on World Tour just like the Standard Rock Band Drums would.
DarkSynopsis 3 years ago
I want these just because Kotaku reported that they were MORE responsive than the offical RB2 drums. Plus, portability is a huuuuge plus.
