  • I'm ordering these!!! They are coming on oct. 4 I got them on amazon for $8.99 (^-^)

  • Can u use pro mode on it?

I got one cheap brand new for 13.45$ on amazon, everyone really should buy these...

  • Were here with the madkitz portable drum kit uh you can take your drums anywhere uh for the full rock band experience uh so were gonna go through a run through uh show you how it works uh..lol some many uhs!

  • Fuck it, I'll buy this kit so I have a portable one and one I can keep at home. :)

  • what he didn't say: pads must be hit somewhere in/around the center; and the pedal is loud and unreliable at times; and this is better off as a replacement if your pads break and you need new ones

  • guys please answer this does these work with rockband2 or guitar hero world tour

  • @Tboythegreat no! only on rockband games and not guitar hero, since it's 2months later you probably found that out by now.

  • How you do freestyle mode ?

  • Does it have a mic jack so you can plug in a mic and talk?

  • @h8rr4life yeah

  • GOT 4 8 BUCKS! 5 pounds

  • sorry, im not trying to rain on your parade but these suck..i had some of these cuz i really love drumming but they move ALOT when drumming and bounce up and down. yeah they have rubber stopper thingys on the bottom but they pick up dust and would not stick anymore. i finally got the wireless drums from RB2..amazing! :) im just saying..thats my opinion.

  • can you tip the pads slightly? or do they have to be flat out on a flat surface to work?

  • im getting me some of these

  • For those of you wondering, you can buy these from HMV (considering you live in the UK) for £20 and they are a good buy, and they do work with Guitar Hero.

  • @plmngays You can get them for under a fiver on amazon at the moment!

  • @Matban92 ughhh

i hate amazon soooo much. lmao

their shipping is absolutely terrible and it's confusing as hell

  • are these wired

  • are they velocity sensitive?

  • @CtrlAltSpam No

  • I'm gonna see if I can get some of these for the 360 so I can use them with the beatles game. I already have PS2 drums to rest the pads on.

And get someone better to review this.

  • they dont rest on the drums they slip off

  • Meh. I'll find some masking tape or something.

  • It's like having my grandma to review gears of war

  • you should find someone who CAN drum to review something like it...

  • im gonna put these on my actuall drum kit =D

  • I'm guessing that they're not velocity sensitive :(

  • rock band 1 drums aren't either

  • Yeah, I know. But RB2 drums are. And I needed new drums and I wanted velocity sensitive ones :)

But this is worth more than the RB2 drums because of the cheap price.

  • lol stick em to the rb1 drum kit and they are even greater

  • I can't. It's not sold for the PS3 :(

I think I'll just go with the RB1 or RB2 stock pads T_T

  • what are the jacks on the end of the cables that plug into the controller

  • "look at the drum kit below" lmao

    it's a drum pedal :D

  • It's actually a bass pedal.

  • @BlooMassacre no its actually a kick pedal, theres no such thing as a "drum pedal"

  • @EananC what I said doesn't change the fact he called it a drum kit.

  • Does this work for guitar hero wt??

  • yes even with metallica

  • for wii?

  • I don't think so

  • should do, makes the chart only have 4 pads

  • thats nice.... wish they made it for the ps2 also there's a freestyle mode on 360>?!?!?!?!?!?!?

  • yeah sure

  • Yup

  • those are like the cheapest drum kits you can find

  • but they are high quality, I trust mad catz

  • i got em just yesterday, and they kick so much ass they work wonders! I would suggest them to anyone, the only problem I have is finding a table low enough yet high enough that Im not completely bent over lol :D o well

  • thx, maybe when I will get 10 more Pounds i gotta buy them from UK, because I am from Czech Republic

  • i hate these cymbals. they're so awkward and hard to set up, they move everywhere and the pedal is borderline useless.

  • uh...

  • Would you be able to plug a real electronic kit into bit where all the pads plug?

  • can u use this with guitar hero world tour

  • yes it does. :D

  • I would buy these but can they take a beating if ur on expert in drums?? And do they work on ghwt? Also can te Rock band 1 drum pedal work on this?? Pleas reply if anyone has answers :)

  • i have these drums but they suck. i retured mine. i cant hit the bass pedal as fast on the regular one. its harder to hit also because its flat. i dont think it will work for gutiar hero wt because the pad's and stuff but i never tried it. and yes the rockband one pedal should work. it comes with rubber drums sticks with rubber tips that is compact but also pretyy heavy. i really dont suggest it but its ur choice

  • I believe these are treated as Rock Band Drums so they should work on World Tour just like the Standard Rock Band Drums would.

  • I want these just because Kotaku reported that they were MORE responsive than the offical RB2 drums. Plus, portability is a huuuuge plus.

  • he says Uh 13 times

  • I really good buy really. It works beautifully, and it's cheap haha.

  • Idk. The rock band one already does that. Besides, from past experiences, everything i've gotten mad catz was a peice of trash plastic that i would have to be paid by someone to get me to play with it. Of course thats xbox 360 controller/xbox controller/ps1/ps2/gamecube controllers, so obviously they are trying to make better products.. right? From the 1900's to 2000's they still suck.

  • Their P-Bass and these drums are REALLY REALLY good. I was surprised really, considering Mad Catz did suck ass lol.

  • woah, there were video games back in 1900's?

  • Are you like 8 years old?

  • Hmm.. last time i checked im 18 in 2 weeks. you must be 9.

  • Well how would you not know they had games 10 years ago?

  • you mean more like a hundred and 9 right?

    owned.

  • Oh... I thought you meant in the 20th century. Sorry.

  • Comment removed

  • Does anyone know if this will be compatible with Guitar Hero World Tour for 360? The official drums are and I hope this one follows it in terms of cross-compatibility.

  • it is im gussing

  • cool :]

  • good buy if u dont have enough room

  • yeah it is :P
