I found an Easter egg. Somewhere there 2 levels of stairs and the stairs to a roof. Anyway, on one of the levels of stairs there is an open window. You can see a poster of a whale and one of a seal, along with furniture, etc.

the middle is most definately the race and the one on the side is for the derby ... but they all pop up at once once you complete them all so i could be wrong
