Hi Dr. Berger,

i have a quick question regarding getting my tubes tied.

i am having my 2nd child in April 2012. and have decided to no longer have any more children. i am having another c section with this pregnancy and was going to get my tubes tied during the c section procedure. I have a few friends who have had their tubes tied and they have gotten pregnant years down the road,. so i am really looking for a procedure where i cannot get pregnant and is 100%

Im sorry I forgot to ask if you get your period still how the eggs that still are released dont build up as cysts? I have a few ovarian cysts already and am afraid of what may happen. I dont really want to have my ovaries taken out I am only 25 thank you

I keep hearing things about people who get pregnant still..... are their different procedures? like tied vs tubes being cut? Also can someone tell me how much it costs to keep some eggs frozen? I almost died having my child and I dont want to go through that again but I would like to have a serroget in about 8 years can you tell me how much to keep eggs frozen? Also is it a bad recovery getting your tubes cut? and how big are the scars / recover time? Thank you
