I was really hoping for an Abomb, or a skeletal soldier like Thassarian's. Whats the story behind these ones anyway i saw there around the place but not sure what their role was in the scourge army or how they were made?
@ninostudios u do know that unholy requires more skill and can pump up more then frost dk's can and how the fuck do u get 16-18k dps on single targets, unless u can give me a print that says u have done that much dps on a single target I will never believe you
@Thojen1989 I don't do 16-18k dps. I'm a prot paladin. My raid leader does. And unholy only pulls even with frost if you have Shadowmourne and BiS. And then its even not better.
@ninostudios unholy dps will beat frost any day.. our dk does 16k single target on Lich king fight with unholy, his threat was so high on mobs that we had to ask him to switch to his frost spec which then lowered his dps to 12k
needless to say unholy is win(p.s. he is only around a 6.2k and doesnt have shadomourn
@Dasconscripts I'm probably nowhere as geared as your buddy, but I used to do 13k dps in frost, single target, and I wasn't in full 264... it is very likely that your dk knew his unholy spec, but frost is weird to play, and it's easy to fall behind in dps, but I think it is more potent. Btw, my dps dropped to 11k~ when I switched to unholy.
@flawlesscanadian I have been playing dk and he is almost level 80 when I switched to unholy from frost and then back again my dps was about the same now that I am blood (changed ebfore patch) I do more dps
PS I am a tank in tanking gear so my numbers are low but dps seems to average out.
???? thats not + for the dk its just a TRANSFORMATION....

@236 This Death Knight is still level 80, and I was still hitting a lot harder than Unholy currently does on live so I don't see the issue here....

@amam64 Unholy isn't about big crits. That's frost. And seeing as it's one of the current highest dps classes on live, it won't "still" be rubbish.
Skilled frost DKs can easily pull upwards of 16-18k single target
