I think that's the worst performance I ever saw Toby give. I think he was somewhere else in his mind. If you didn't tell me it was his daughter I would think she was just some dumb bitch he had to sing with from the audience. I read somewhere that a teacher of Krystal's did not believe that Toby was her father and gave her bad grade on a project she did on her father, so Toby put this Mockingbird video together as an "in your face" for that teacher. They have been doing the mockingbird song together since she was a little girl. Krystal goes by the family last name of Covel, Keith is actually Toby's middle name.
@hedunlap I haven't heard that before. but I googled 'toby keith's daughter' and the 4th link down goes to a forum called greekchat. they have 5 pages of gossip about her. said she is rude and was turned down by every sorority she wanted in at OU. said that one of the girls there called her "white trash with money." so when toby hears that he has the new name of his next album. also was rude in high school.

I have hung out with her several times. She had lots of friends, and white trash is one word I would NOT use to describe her. I think that's the worst performance I ever saw Toby give. I think he was somewhere else in his mind. If you didn't tell me it was his daughter I would think she was just some dumb bitch he had to sing with from the audience. He was like all about me me me out there.....he didn't seem to notice her much. Love his music...not a hater here. this one sucked for me though.

I read somewhere that a teacher of Krystal's did not believe that Toby was her father and gave her bad grade on a project she did on her father, so Toby put this Mockingbird video together as an "in your face" for that teacher. They have been doing the mockingbird song together since she was a little girl. Krystal goes by the family last name of Covel, Keith is actually Toby's middle name.

@hedunlap I haven't heard that before. but I googled 'toby keith's daughter' and the 4th link down goes to a forum called greekchat. they have 5 pages of gossip about her. said she is rude and was turned down by every sorority she wanted in at OU. said that one of the girls there called her "white trash with money." so when toby hears that he has the new name of his next album. also was rude in high school.
don't know how true any of it is but that's what was told there.

@RocketQueenMS She isn't rude in the slightest, one of the nicest people I have ever met. She was friends with someone in my family, went to high school with them. I have hung out with her several times. She had lots of friends, and white trash is one word I would NOT use to describe her. I am pretty sure who ever wrote those things on that forum are just jealous of her.

@MommaOkie They really did talk like a bunch of jealous little girls instead of the prim and proper ladies they claim to be. It was the only place that I saw where she was talked about like that. I think Krystal is so pretty and can sing like an angel. I wish her all the best and hope to hear more from her. (I apologize for taking so long to respond, I have just been so busy)
