btw, anyone get a ray witha HARD cord? the cord that connects the wand with the pack. mine wasnt soft, it was hard and i kept super glueing cuz it would snap off.

i like this figure but i must say his head is a bit small. the egon figure has got a much better likeness to harold ramis and better scaled head size.

one thing i HATE is that they arent wearing there black gloves!! they are almost always wearing gloves, so this was a retarted move on mattels part. i had to paint there hands black and it looks 20000 times better. i also created paragoggles for ray and a PKE meter for egon.

MASSIVELY disappointed when I got this in the post. There has been a huge amount of deformation in the head. The production version looks nothing like the original sculpt or tool master. If I had seen this in a shop, I would not have bought it.

It's often the case with prototypes looking better for some reason. Sideshow's Willow Rosenburg's one of the worst cases.

Some injection moulded plastic parts shrink when cooling after being demoulded. This is the cause for his face thinning a bit. Hopefully Winston is better...

I'm wondering if a "Non" sdcc version of Egon may come out eventualy. I'm getting all the guys but the "slimed" Egon just isn't that important to me. I'm fine with a regular one.

This figure is too HIGH priced and doesnt even come with a bonus figure like Egon...it also has the same body as Egon??? Come on...it's not so hard to come up with a different body sculpt. The new Termintor Arnold 'Cyberdyne Showdown' figure is only $14.00 and blows this figure away big time with its' Gattling gun!!! It's a shame they didnt do a better job.

The exact same body sculpt!! You gotta be kidding me! Stanz was always chubbier than the rest.

Man..sorry but again and again I'm seeing how "cheap" Mattel are! I'm still gonna buy it, and Mattel know people still will. It's all about keeping cost down and money nowadays with these asshole miser Toy makers....someone get me Delorean and take me back to the 80's please.

Looking over this and the Egon I have, its a slightly different sculpt, as the zipper on Ray is lower then on Egon.

I've checked, and I don't think it is. And even if the zipper is slightly lower, it's still not a chubbier body sculpt which he needed. Just getting abit tired of Mattel making "cheap" decisions like that on the expense of us!
