even though I dont know this boy, this boy went to my school. We have a garden for him and renamed the public oval, the connor greasby :(

This sort of accident should be unheard of in a first-world country, children riding pushbikes on the grass should not need to veer onto cul-de-sacs to get around cars parked on driveways. This council should have imposed obvious property boundaries to prevent people from parking on the verge, this may have prevented a tradgedy
