trying to understand,am I actually transforming and on the way to something wonderful? I try to massage (literally) my third eye, I try to meditate and concentrate and to "free" my soul, but somehow I fail to get to that promised truth.

Erm.... You do know that Mount Shasta is a volcano don't you? Not an extinct one, a dormant one. It last erupted 200 years ago. If there are any Lemurians, then they must be made from asbestos.

Since Lemurians exist between our and a 'higher' vibration level, they may well be unaffected by transient temperature variations, or simply migrate to another place, and return when things cool down and rebuild.
