  • Malik is going to eat you kid. In...your...dreams....

  • 0:06 I'LL KILL YOU YOU BITTTTTTTTTTTTCCHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

  • Could you imagine if that glass wasn't there?

  • if the mother was so nervous why didnt she put down the camera to grab her daughter........

  • Everybody relax there's frikken glass to protect her it's not like she's in a death situation jeezus then you wonder why society is such a shithole they focus on stupid shit

  • And mummy just holds the camera thinking this will look good on you tube lol

  • Well, she did move a muscle. But she was still quite brave.

  • A puppy dog does the same thing to a glass door, a lion does it it wants to eat somebody? Lol

  • I would've ran away and screamed!!!

  • Why exactly does it say in the description " The EYEPOPPING footage"

  • That's right, I see some chuck Norris in his daughter

  • Chuck Norriss daughter

  • Hahaha I would've shat my pants

  • Can anyone say.......HIGH FIVE!!!!

  • look how the lion looks at her lol

but really he was just trying to play patty cake

  • My dog does that when he wants to get in the house

  • THEY REALLY SHOULDN'T LET PEOPLE ANNOY THE ANIMALS

  • Comment removed

  • Props to the little girl, I would've ran like a baby!!!!

  • weird cause male lions don't hunt

  • This goes to show you that lions are not as cute and cuddly as depicted by Disney, in the real world lions eat little girls.

  • Everyone needs to relax a little. I love animals too, but things are different now. Those animals have very nice lives, and most of them are there for a reason. Thankfully, many laws have been passed insuring that animals in zoos are treated properly. Many animals that are in zoos are rescues from assholes like that guy in Ohio that had 38(or something like that) big cats, and they inevitably got out and the cops had to kill all of them. So horrible

  • Lets remove the glass snd make a youtube video that will get more hits and thumbs ups than any vid in history!!!

  • thats fucked up they pry didn't feed the lion so hes looking at her like finger food

  • We are a disgrace to this planet!!

  • Free the poor animals back into the wild, how would you feel if you were displayed behind a glass wall for animals to watch...

  • I saw a leapord do this before, it is actually more funny than scary, although that lion is enormous!

  • I would be shitting my pants

  • Lion:" you blue eyed devil! you brought my cousins to extinction and is trying to finish us off! I hate you white blue eyed devils! what till i get my jaws around your devil head and crush it like a grape! I cant wait till the most high God returns to finish you all off! He shall save the world from you people!"

  • @BlackTut

Whoa, why don't you relax a little with the racism. No need for that, its a little girl. It's assholes like you that hold the entire human race back. Typical hypocritical religious moron... religion is about compassion and tolerance not hate and waiting for God to smite everyone. Go thump your bible bullshit somewhere else cause no one wants to hear it, ya ignorant douche bag.

  • @BlackTut STFU you douche, I doubt lions are taking up arms about black rights; go back to your panther party were you can all give yourselves pats on the back for being black.

  • I like how the guy says she didn't move a muscle when she obviously flinched

  • You never stare an animal straight in the eyes. Most animals take it as a threat and to do it to a wild animal is asking for it.

  • 2 for flinching!

  • She did flinch when the first attacked the glass. but still scary.

  • When i first saw this video, i honestly thought there would be a mauling. i was wrong.

  • Sorry, but the way she moved was EXACTLY what 'flinching' *is*! Uber-dramatic title, but exactly wrong!

  • @UnTiedMusicStudio Agreed. It should be "barely flinched."

  • Behold humanity. Our technology and industry beat your claws and fangs every day of the week.

  • stupid parents. girl was probably looking him in the eye. surefire way to piss off any big animal, men included. lion is already grounds to be pissed getting gawked at in a cage by stupid people. 3 lions in africa did the opposite and saved a girl from abusive rapists wanting her to marry at 12 this week.

  • Well she did move a bit.

  • My cat does the same thing at our patio door if she sees something on our deck!

  • it is sheer lunacy to have a child one the other side of a glass enclosure or to imagine this a "face off"; she probably has seen animal shows on TV and the glass provided another screen. I hope this child never tries approaching a large angry animal. Why can we not respect life, all life? I am saddened that this video is allowed on YouTube. Shame on anyone who cannot see how wrong the actions of the parents were in taking delight in the scenario and to continued filming. Sickening!

  • They should put a glass door for the lion to enter the viewing area. :) I bet she'll be real scared then.

  • Crazzy lil girl

  • She flinched! She was VERY surprised. At the first 10 secs. of the video.

  • "To the lion in the zoo, Sofia just said 'poo-poo'"

    :D

  • Props to that little girl. BUT BIG TIME PROPS TO THE GLASS INSTALLERS!

  • Poor Pussy Cat.

  • So he calls flinching "not moving a muscle"? She was so terrified after she flinched, she was scared stiff! That lion wanted to rip her head off and drink her blood as if it were choo-laid (I know it's pronounced "Kool-Aid", but that's what it sounds like when I say it. So don't quote me on it.)

  • I know a thing or two about cats. Sophia had her hands in a natural human position to hold her weight against the glass. However, in cat language, that's "I want to play, or engage you in a fight. Let's get it on!"

She is quite brave, I wouldn't be surprised in the least to learn that she's a Leo.

  • I don't believe he was trying to attack her -_- My cat does that same thing to the sliding glass door when he wants to let me know he is ready to come in. He probably did it with the intent of wanting the girl to know to let him out of that glass he was in . . . Just my opinion . . .

  • I wonder if the little girl has seen Narnia. She may think that it's like Aslan speaking to the children in that movie...IF you read the "more" under the description, you'll see that afterwards she said, "Mommy, what's he telling me?" Funny. I think it's awesome to be able to interact with God's other creatures in a safe manner. And if you look at some of the video of the zoo worker talking about him, there is a big lion's grassy field out there, they aren't trapped in a glass enclosure.

  • Has anyone been to this zoo? I'd be curious if the glass wall was stressful on the animal. Is this the lions den? Was it the only spot of shade? The lion wanting to be there, yet also acting territorial seems a bit fishy..I'd love to see the whole enclosure and what it is I'm looking at I know I'm not the only animal loving soul in this world, so I do hope others understand my concern. Could the lion get away to somewhere just as comfy?

  • @SpiritualMediumSarah Yes it is quite a big enclosure. Grassy area with a rock lion's den in the middle. The viewing area is on the edge of the enclosure. Often when I visit the zoo, the Lions are inside their den and we can't even see them, or sleeping in the grass. I've actually seen a Lion do this very same thing at this very same zoo, not sure what it means but the Lions seem content.

  • @reterogherta I'm glad to hear that they have a quiet den and a big enclosure:) thank you.

  • she got balls

  • I would the little girl's reaction at 0:08 flinching. Of course, I have to applaud her courage, for I might have pissed myself..... I was a scared little boy at her age.

  • That lion looks like it wants to play not rip her head off.

  • @Confuzled101 snap her shit up...

  • this girls a tank

  • The parents had nothing to worry about and we should also not be worried as she was well protected by heavy duty glass.Good on her to have a thrill.I would have love to do that if I was a child. It will only happen once a blue moon. She can tell this story for the rest of her life. You do not need to be a lion man to get so close.

  • I really can't believe they're making her out to be "brave". There was nothing BRAVE about it. If I were her parents I would have certainly pulled her away from there so as not to cause the male lion any un-needed distress. Lets all laugh at the futile attemps of the lion to break this plexiglass.

  • @element1108 I agree. It's unfair to the animals to just let children stand by if they are the cause of distress. It's important to teach children to respect nature and wildlife and educate them on how they should be treated.

  • She flinched! The news man was BS!

  • Dang!! Lil gurl could have took a dirt nap if the glass wasnt there

  • If these thick glass wasen't in front of me ill will bite your head off . Lion says

  • She definitely flinched

  • Funny, this is exactly how I react when a girl looks me in the eyes for too long...

  • awww it likes her

  • @Jeviok likes to eat her!

  • somebody educate those parents, please

  • @888Carp Oh come on, they're at a zoo, it was safe, the zoo wouldn't place anyone in harms way...and why not let the little girl experience it? Are you one of those people who thinks that now this girl has stared down a lion in the zoo she's gonna go find one when she's older in the wild and stare down at it? Lighten up a bit bud

  • she probably thought it was Aslan, that's probably why she didn't get scared

  • @MissNisi lol I thought the same thing!!!

  • That precious little girl was fearless that's for sure!

  • Stupid humans for caging the king of the beasts. Eat that girl

  • @jsvalino It wasn't her fault the lion was caged up. What would you rather, lions roaming free all over the world? Yeah, that'd work, thousands of people wouldn't be killed would they?

  • @xRedRockerx Lions don't have to kill humans if they are left alone in natural habitat with other animals to hunt. But we hunt them too so.......Your logic is why all species on this planet are in decline. We feel that we have to control things instead of working with nature and the environment. It will bite our society in the ass real bad for being so out of sync with nature.

  • she didnt flinch? she jumped back like a full foot when the lion started... either way i would have peed myself so i cant talk :/

  • Then afterwards she flinched at him she's a "g"

  • Holy shiiit. I would've pissed myself.

  • I would've been fucking ouuuuuuuuuuuuuuuut

  • The fuck is this news? I wish the glass broke.

  • @utnag my mom is really mad at u

  • @swedishfish504 well no wonder, i should have called her after last night, she was great

  • @utnag who are u talking about and you dont even know me. so shut the hell up

  • @swedishfish504 never seen u kid, but ive seen your mom naked too many times.

  • @utnag what state do i live in? and then ill know if you know my mom and she is not who you think

  • @swedishfish504 - hon, using 'your mom' jokes is just a way some people try to be funny - he's just trying to annoy you ;)

  • the lion is like wtf why can i not eat youuuu

  • Scary

  • FIRST!
