I am a high profile recording / touring guitarist who has recently developed what looks to be "Trigger Finger." My left trigger finger will not ned completely down, making it very difficult to make certain guitar chord positions. Will this help? I am afraid to put my fingers thru any kind of surgery.
FLEXTEND / RESTORE has helped thousands of people, including many famous NBA, Golf, Baseball, Football athletes, as well as more famous musicians than I care to count, from guitarists and pianists, to drummers and harpists. You get a 120-day automatic money-back guarantee as it takes longer to correct than other disorders; but by performing an established series of exercises you can get better. Good Luck!
The same program for trigger finger can technically be applied to the thumb. For troublesome thumbs, I have created more of a specific trigger thumb routine as it is a much stronger joint with more range-of-motion in comparison to the other fingers and undergoes much more stress. Email me privately and I’ll give you the program.
Thank you for this video. I did purchase the flextend glove. What I' feel is missing is a complete program of rehab. I like that you show stretches to do before the exercise. Would massage or ice or heat fit into this sequence? The price of the glove does not include a dvd or cd only one fold out chart with no mention of the stretches you show here.
I am a little more in-depth by showing the stretches and massage for some of the injuries but in reality, you can just use the glove. Too many people over analyze and "focus" on their injury so much that they do way too much to try and treat it and instead make it worse by overstretching, performing too much massage, etc. There was a CD for the older version of glove but people got confounded with too much information, the reason it was simplified into exercises only.
Do a Google search for Flexrtend / Restore, or you can go to Bannertherapy, Painreliever, Enablemart or repetitive-strain. These are all .com's. Good luck!

Go to inbox and then in the upper left hand corner it states "compose". This should allow you to write to me privately

Great! Stick with it and you'll really start to notice a big difference as each week passes.
