I lived in san antonio for years, I heard of the little girl named lela, it's pretty true, if you call out for her she'll be heard, most people usually get really frightened of her because she's not with the rest, it's almost as if she caused the accident, the older folks say her mom was a bruja , witch in spanish. 1n 2000 we came to the tracks to take evp's of lela, we got a horrific cry for help and something very sinister,evil laughter, since then we have left it alone till now. try this..
