@MrPsamper Whenever it rains heavily streets do get flooded with water...but now the drainage system over here has improved considerably. Gumboots are a good option, but if the water level is too high then its better to take a rickshaw or better stay at home unless its very urgent.
how often did the streets get flooded like this? what did you find best to wear with this kind of weather/road conditions?
