to play this with BGM you need the version 1.0 of that emulator, at least, into the pc version...i know it, caus i played the rondo of blood game with the 0.99 version, the i read in internet, taht you need the 1.00 version, i download it from bittorrent, then i play the game.. and eveything work perfect, BGM, frames, etc :]
I'm not sure what ure using, but using PCEP .7, it runs perfectly, good sound w/ only 1 issue (bkgroung music on levels dont loop, 1 playthru & it ends) my sound had initial issues too but i did a recode of the mp3s to 44Hz, 128Kbps. It CAN run seamless,

I know your post is old, but I'll write it anyway. Running an emulator of YOUR legal backup is not illegal. Besides, there's far worst then the FBI busting in the middle of porn fest.
I know, but my stance against emulation is more geared towards theft without one buying the original. In thanks to the publishers for making great games, I buy them with my hard-earned money, they make a profit, which leads to more of those types of games. In this flawed capitalist system, creators of fine work deserve rewards, and if a great game doesn't sell because it's being stolen... morality is thrown out the window.
Morality? I've seen the so-called individual person's morality, it's nothing but a lie. When your back is turned, they're proving what they really are. I personally believe, support who you love, but play them all. Now that shows their hard work is truly deserving, besides just another closing of the till.

emulation is cool cause certain games we cant play can now be enjoyed like Fatal Frame IV, Super Robot Wars Alpha Gaide, Namco x Capcom and Front Mission 5 in English and Dragonball Z Legend of Son Goku for Turbo CD on the PSP which is long gone and old and hard to find
this game rocks, really fun, and quite challenging ! ^^ i play it on pc engine emulator with super bios and the game itself on daemon tools

Not very good, runs as slow as molassas and the screen is squished. Plus no voices... I think I'll wait for the real thing.
