This is standard play. She put the early position guy with a King High. If she reads him as tight and called preflop then she knew he didn't hit the board. So with an A high she's in the lead. This is not even a bluff. She feels she got a better hand and I think she has the better hand here. So she has to reraise to get the guy off his hand to prevent outdrawing her on the turn.

I couldn't tell you if it was a good bluff or not cause I couldn't make out the community cards the video quality was pretty poor.

But I like Annette Obrestad's style, hyper aggressive, and to 4 bet someone with nothing does take guts.

and making a big display of counting your chips doesn't necessary mean she's weak. I've seen a lot of people do that when they have a monster but are trying to figure how much they can get out of there opponent.

that looks so much like a bluff when she makes a big 'display' of counting out her chips. If you have someone beat and want them to call, you don't want your bet to look scary to them. The other guy may have just had nothing but a couple of overcards and didn't want to commit that many more chips to the hand.
