An interesting facet of this tornado is that when it moved over the arena is just churned in place for nearly 15 minutes. That's rare. Motorists weren't aware in many cases they were encountering a tornado as the swirl just stayed in place.

yeah its extremely rare for tornados to hit Montana or Wyoming. I never heard of a tornado while living in Montana. We had a tornado warning here in Wyoming yesterday.
