  • Are you saying that you do or do not like the fast tempo? I've heard it done really slow. Really Really slow. Snail pace even. It was awful. But I guess if it was at a decent tempo it would be good.

  • This is the Mack Wilberg arrangement we sang in Cal sectional choir. Love it!!! It actually has a history with it by the way.

  • Yes. I was not a fan of the Hee-Hawing either. Especially from a choir that does big serious pieces.

    I met Eph Ehly once when he did the SC All-State Choir at Winthrop. Really nice guy.

  • This was performed by the 1991 Kentucky High School Choir under the baton of Eph Ehly. His strict rhythm worked better than the hee hawing. But, great sound.
