Uilleann pipes don't use practice chanters. Practice chanters apply to the highland pipes.
If you're looking for something to practice on before investing in a practice set, the scale of the tinwhistle is very close to the uilleann pipe "open" scale.
@j0llygr33ng1ant There are PC`s for UP but they`re difficult to find. A tin whistle has only 6 holes, an UP has 8 holes and you can add valves, so you can`t compare an UP with a tin whistle. An UP has no "open" scale (like a tin whistle) they have something like a half closed - scale.
Nee da ist schon ein Blasebalg dranne. Der sieht nur so Scheisse aus,dass ich Ihn nicht mit ins Bild nehmen wollte. Ich werde keine UP verkaufen. Um ein ordendliches Instrument zu baun braucht man Jahrelange Erfahrung und sollte es auch richtig spielen können. Davon bin ich weit entfernt. Es war nur ein Experiment und Herausforderung und Glück das ein paar Töne stimmen.

Nice chanter, a lot better than all the cheapo Pakistani sets on eBay and amazon.

is das jetz eine PC mit Windkapsel, weil ich sehe keinen Balg ^^
natürlich außer dem Höchsten Ton klingt das schon sehr fein ^^ 5*****
Wenn es ein PC is, verkauftse diese auch in deinem Shop, wäre an sowas interessiert ^^
