Its a hilarious irony in this country, that if a male teacher molests a kid, there's a firestorm of people screaming "LYNCH HIM" but if a chick does it, its more like "CONGRATULATIONS, GOOD GAME!" its still a crime reguardless of the gender of the offender.

Why can't the student get any kind of punishment for these actions? It takes two people, no matter what age, to have relationships such as with Pamela Turner and Debra LaFave. I'm not saying where the teacher rapes or assaults the victim, but when the relationship is clearly consensual (underage or not), the student must be reprimanded in some form.

Teachers have aposition of responsibilty. Their conduct is WRONG and there is no excuse for it. They are the adults and should be able to show self control. At the end of the day....they are children and this is sexual abuse!
