Yea, and it should be noted that if a truck can't navigate a roundabout, then it can't navigate a left or right turn in general. Quite crazy.

Also if you notice it is a Sierra Chemical truck. A company notorious for their trucks not being able to navigate straight level roads either.

Was the guy actually going 15 mph or was it a 15 mph zone, but the guy was speeding????

This is a 15 mph zone. You could go a little faster in a car but any speed above 15 is going to play hell with a truck like this.

I guess it just proves again that it doesn't pay to try to shave a couple minutes off your drive time by speeding especially if you are driving a truck carrying hazardous materials.
