In my opinion. I think it is a little odd that at the same time the camera movement speed picks up that the light suddenly appears. I am no video analysis expert but i believe that it could possibly be a light reflection from one of those (street ?) lights in the distance being picked up by the camera. At around the 0:30 second mark the street light on the left has a similar greenish color underneath it, but that's just my own opinion...

Sorry, I looked and listened over and over with my sound going through my Def Tech speakers and I just don't hear or see anything at all that leads me to believe there's somethiong out there. I'm really into this stuff but I just don't hear it. All I heard was something that sounded like a shoe scraping on a bag or something????
